Hi, I'm Alexey.
I design and code web things.

I'm a design-minded engineer and founder based in Copenhagen. I care about systems that scale, tools that stay simple, and UIs that feel good.

For over 15 years I've been writing code professionally. I maintain open-source, give conference talks, and have spent years leading engineering teams. Tools I use: React, Bun, Svelte, Figma, motion, Ruby on Rails

Previously, I co-founded resume.io and led it through scaling and acquisition. More recently, co-founded Fira (YC W25), an agentic AI analyst for financial research. Now I'm exploring collaborative software and agentic tooling and building something new.

Principles: I believe constraints unlock creativity. Interactivity and collaboration over static. Tools should be simple and minimal.
